This aerial photo was taken in February 2000 by NCDOT's Photogrammetry Unit. It shows most of project A-10D and the construction taking place. Most of the grading is completed on this project; all the cuts in the photo except for Area #10 have been finished, as have most of the embankments. At the far north end of the project you can see where it will tie into the completed section at the Tennessee State Line, which was finished by TNDOT back in 1995.
