This aerial photo was taken in February 2000 by NCDOT's Photogrammetry Unit. Nearly all of project A-10C from Buckner Gap south can be seen here, including the site of the rest area and scenic overlook. North of Buckner Gap, a portion of A-10D can be seen as well.
