running from the US 19/US 23 intersection up to the Tennessee State
Line.
Both projects A-10C and A-10D are now under construction; A-10C runs
from US 19 north for almost six miles. Project A-10D will continue
on north
up to the Tennessee State Line from A-10C's northern end.
