Bridges over Higgins Branch Road. Two other local roads were
relocated
to tie to Higgins Branch Road, eliminating two expensive structure
locations.
SR 1609 can be seen to the right of the trees; US 23 is to the left of
the photo. I-26 will cut through the trees behind the fill and link up
with another project at US 19 about 3/4 of a mile south of
here.
