A closeup view of the right side of Area #2 showing the presplit marks and the interesting pattern of rock types and fissures. Most of the rock in this cut is gneiss and granite, with quartz and some limestone found as well. Some fissures can also be seen running diagonally from the top of the rock toward the horizontal rock pattern. This rock cut is about 30' high. Taken in July 1999.
