This is the outlet of one of the 60" structural plate pipes on the project. A suppression basin is at the end of the pipe; unfortunately, this one is full of aggregate washed off the project, negating the function of the basin. Note the C/A fence running through the aggregate in the basin; it should be routed around the basin so that sediment can be removed from it. Photo taken in August 2001.
