Every drainage box, when completed, is supposed to have erosion control measures installed around them. These measures capture the sediment washed downhill and keep it from entering the drainage system. This one, however, was damaged somehow, and sediment and aggregate has washed over the fencing and into the drainage box. Photo taken in August 2001.
