This photo was taken from the very southern end of project A-10C. Much can be seen; in the foreground a fill is being built up as earthmoving equipment brings more material to the bulldozer spreading it around. The center shows the construction of the Higgins Branch Road bridges. Just past them can be seen the construction of the interstate and Jarvis Road, and in the background can be seen the excavation at Buckner Gap, about four miles away. Photo taken in October 1998.
